  1. I'm gonna ask a stupid question but are your tuff like the toons each one a complete guide like can i only use that maybe subbing some workouts out to mix it up but is each one a specific only need this full workout?

  2. I’m gonna use this to better myself before I go back to normal school because i always shoot myself in the foot because I’ll get really lean and cut up but than I end up gaining weight and losing my progress

  3. This is amazing. Whenever I get the chance, I want to implement this:
Every day I do the same exercise.
    BUT
Every day I increase 1 rep.
This means I can do it multiple times a day and start removing some times I do it a day after reaching a certain amount of reps.
I feel like if I do this, it's possible to reach an unlimited amount of reps (in theory), but I'm pretty sure that it's not gonna be the thing, so I'm probably going to stop once I get fit or something and I'm ok with it, which at the time I'm guessing I'mma be able to do an actual workout schedule or something. Idk.
But again, it's sadly whenever I think I got the chance to do it. XD
But hey, at least I will do it…I think. XD Nah. Definitely. Gotta get that main character physique. Lol

  4. After watching your Deku video, I've been able to consistently run cardio and i started caring 5 pounds weights in my hand when I run. Im able to run 5 miles I total with 3 miles consistently. 8 min average. with like a 1 minute rest before the last 2. But im pretty proud of the progress I made with that. I feel good when I run now.

  5. Hey JaxBlade, would you give us your thoughts on Jackie Chan's exercises from his training montages in his movies (Drunken Master, Snake in Eagle's Shadow, Fearless Hyena)? Some of that stuff seems unrealistic per say.

  6. I've been a subscriber for a while now. You're a great motivator for fitness and overall health l but I gotta ask which video do you explain your outro? Or what does momentai mean? Thanks again you are super, just saying.

  7. Fuck yes I need this. Usually I'd just to runs + and a few no equipment exercises and won't record the progress with something like a calendar. Never really thought about it. Thanks for the idea bud ? Edit: I'm an amateur sprinter too looking to improve any way I can so I appreciate your videos. They're very inspiring ✌

  8. I’ve been doing the saitama workout but without the 10 km run since the beginning of the quarantine and I have seen no improvements in my muscle growth

  9. This was really helpful. I've been starting out using a Chloe Ting two week challenge and half way in I had a bad day and only did half of the videos. We've been having a heatwave in the UK which made things harder and I beat myself up over it, but now I can see it was a lot better for me to at least try to do something to hit that 1%.

  10. Can you help me please.

Hey man, I’ve been wanting to lose weight also increases my strength and stamina. The workout which I confident that I can do is the one punch man training. I’ve got a target of doing the OPM trading with 100 pull ups and crunches instead of sit ups. I’ve split it all into 10 reps and think about doing 1 rep in the morning and 1 in the evening (Decided to do this cause I know I’m comfortable with doing this at home). The problem is, I’ve been very inconsistent with this. When I went to gym I did this but then after a while had to stop going often and then left is altogether. Now during the quarantine, I’ve decided to run atleast or walk around the park for 1 hr in the morning. But again I’ve been inconsistent with that. Do you have anyway way of making it so I am able to hit those atleast a 4 times in a week (work morning the other 3 days) atleast?

  11. One of my favorite quotes is "What gets measured gets managed". I love it, and it has a strong basis in neurology.

Side note, you might want to check out "Rewire Your Brain" by John Arden. A lot of good shit in there
