    I have a question about submitting my civil documents for I-130. I have been living here in Oman for 7 years on work visa, but I was born in India and left in 2013. currently I have Oman police certificate but it is also asking for India police certificate. Is it mandatory or is it okay if I only have Oman police certificate?

  18. This is Shuhan from Bangladesh. One of my younger brothers has been living in NY, USA since 2004 after getting DV lottery visa. Now my parents are also living with him being immigrent. My brother has applied for my immigration visa in Nov, 2016.  He says that it will take 13+ years for my immigration visa.
    At present, he wants to bring me in New York. As our parents are sick for many diseases and old ages, it would be better to look after them if I will be by his side. 
    If you have any opportunities to speed up my immigration file , please let me know.

  20. I initiated for DNA testing for my kids after i received RFE and NOID,but my problem is overseas Embassy is closed for giving schedule for DNA testing,what should i do for this?

  25. Happy belated birthday Courtney!!! With the suspension of the issuance of visas that can lead to permanent residency for nationals of Nigeria. Does it affect filling I130 for my Mum since I'm a US Citizen? Thanks!

  28. Hello Ma'am, I'm married to an US citizen and filed for AOS (i-130 & i-485) in Sept 2018. Also, our interview was completed in June 2019. Since then it says Interview completed and case must be reviewed. During the interview, we were told that we will be approved for a temporary green card and the IO went on to explain how to remove the conditions. I never called and followed up my case with USCIS. Do you know why USCIS is taking so long?? Will we be called for a second interview or home visit??? Please let me know Thank you
