Use the win cleaner on a mechanical drive. They are more susceptible to getting bogged down and not running efficiently. Also you have no control for your testy. I have used wincleaner on my older mechanical drive and saw my boot times decrease by 20 seconds. Try it again but with grandmas computer. Not a 800 dollar gaming laptop.

For anyone wanting a real better alternative to this that's free, use the free version of CCleaner. It works well and is actually legitimate.

Windows 10 does maintenance on its own in the background when needed. No need to install anything to clean it or make it ‘faster’
