i follow all the instruction. after that i put the download speed limit to 5000kbps, my speed raise from 100+kbps (no speed limit) to 1mbps. anyway thanks

My speed increase from 1 mb to 5 mb and I follow your guide, but I did leave the allow same IP to false, i did not change it to true, if I do change it, the speed go back to 1mb. I also am using port 45685.
