Slight correction: at 8:19 when I put them on blast for saying 60Hz that's actually correct cause I was looking at the 81 series not the 85 series NanoCell ?

The best image transfer cable that exists is displayport, so there are already some tvs with displayport to take advantage of ps5 or xbox series x use an hdmi / displayport cable for tvs and monitors on a computer it was unthinkable to use hdmi when I can use displayport, which is far superior

Some TVs support 120fps but they do not support hdmi 2.1. If the TV is 120fps + hdmi 2.1 then you are good.
