  4. I have a question but it seems kinda dumb of me to ask but can u buy gems via steam wallet? It'll be very awesome to know because I've been playing this game for almost a month and been planning to invest more into the game! I don't have a credit card, paypal or paysafecard as these payment services r not available in my country in Indonesia. Thanks again for this informative video!

  5. I'm Brazilian player and i see per day a Lot of New player's coming. But the New game experiênce is little bit confused because gw2 is much different from the other MMORPG. Anet need tô improve the New player's experiênce i think.

Guild Wars 2 is a good game, BUT the problem with it, it's getting old, and now I'm afraid to say this but feels like the game becomes too old, it needs an update in almost every aspect of the game because now 80% of the game feels outdated, most of the classic maps and world bosses, dungeons, fractals(especially older ones), raids, pvp and wvw maps, events that I expect didn't change match over last years. And as for new content, more new map with new currency, new shiny and ridiculously looking weapon and armor, and new pointless mastery that you use only in 2 maps, and some zerging meta events, no thanks I had enough of it

  7. Honestly when I logged in a couple days ago and saw the constant lag spikes I thought it was because they already released it on steam lol

  8. They need to get those servers fixed. Anything that will help keep the new players around. I would also like more content for dungeons, raids, strikes and so on.

  9. I'll be pessimistic here but man if they don't add a new feature akin Guild halls system; even housing would do it, I'm going to be hugely disappointed although eventually I think I'll end buying the expansion.

Upsetting tbh, I'm holding off on the game until it hits Steam, I really haven't played it for long at all- I have a level 10 char and a lvl 6 atm, and do enjoy the game more than most other mmorpgs, primarily for the unique questing system. Main reason I am though of course being that accounts don't transfer over at all, I plan on making all transactions and such through Steam since then my friends will actually give it a shot, and I personally prefer using Steam for my games when I can; and it is unfortunate, as I do not wish to play the game on an account/character I will not be using when I start up on Steam. Was hoping to get my fill of my first proper mmo main, but for the time being I'll just have to hold off I suppose :/

  11. I have a couple of theories on the steam delay:
    1) Most NA Worlds and over half of EU Worlds are full or close to full
    2) Server Lag is bad. Steam users can be babies and see an 8 y.o. game that doesn't run like butter and yeet it out of their steam libraries
    3) General performance optimization could use work. Some dude in WvW said he was rocking a 2080TI and ryzen 3800x still drops to low fps in high player count situations. Kinda insane.

    best idea EVERY.
    Honestly i would be fine if they forget everything else, and not the legendary armory.

    Legendaries are all about Convinience… luxury.
    So travelling them around every character all the time is a pain in the ass.
    GIVE ME!

  15. I hope you're right but I think priority communication should say:
    1. We're going to dedicate ourselves to stabilizing the game.
    2. Prioritize the steam release to bring in more numbers.
    3. A month or two later…new game expansion to advertise with the new player set.

    I'm also worried that they'll treat it like they did Guild Alliances. That forum still gets traffic and comments after all this time hoping for some update.

  17. Oh, come on, after the end of the tutorial you just need to read and follow the instructions of the first scout, I saw many players thinking "now what?", just read on your UI, it's there! All the time I see new players who don't read anything of the messages on the UI, it's like when they start GW2 they just shut down the brain…

  19. I think it's good they aren't doing the Steam release in conflict with WOW exp. Waiting for everyone to burn through WOW first then they can give full attention to Guild Wars 2.

  23. Starting player experience and starter areas should also been brought up the quality of the expansion content before the end of dragons is release to help with retaining the players they are going to attract.

  25. If you read between the lines what they're saying is we've delayed the steam release indefinately, you're not getting legendary armory, server fixes or alliances because we're too busy with the new expansion. We're gonna stall with trailers and announcement for trailers until this releases.

  26. More people on European servers? Are you kidding? People are already stepping on each other. : D When it's time to fight the world boss, GW2 it's unplayable, the game twitches extremely. Occasionally, the server disconnects in the middle of a battle. That's exactly why I don't play in prime time, during big events.
