  11. Uh…. This looks like my local community college gave their students in the film program an assignment to remake the original w/about a tenth of the budget and this is what they ended up with. Even the trailer doesn't make sense… is it supposed to be a remake or a sequel?

The movie is boring ? so predictable and the magic OMG it looks like they used the app store for that, we are in 2020 going to 2021 why keep used cheap CGI the script is so bad ? the bad guy acting is so bad he not scary he not bad he just act like he reading his script and it looks like he thinking to much before using a power or doing his acting he pause to much, so boring i was expecting more since is being 24 years from the first movie.

  32. At first by the cover & the trailer & then the comments I judged the movie harsh by thinking it was going to be a cringeworthy trashy rich girl vibe movie but I gave it a chance & it was not bad, I didnt love nor dislike/hate it. It was not like the old one but&

  40. After watching this movie – I felt an immense amount of sadness and anger in the pit of my stomach.

    This film is a complete and utter disregard and disrespect to the original, and to witchcraft in general.

    The film is absolutely appalling, in script and direction. They should be ashamed to even have considered associating this film with the original craft.

    The reviews have been appallingly low. I completely understanding why now. I hope it they do not recuperate any profits and suffer a deel financial loss, as punishment, as this is deserved for subjecting us to such utter despicable garbage and for essentially tarnishing the legacy of the original.

    This is all I have to say. This film will be forgotten in a few months, as it should be, and never spoken about ever again. As nancy said to chris before he fell from the balcony – This doesn't even exist to me.

  42. A boring soft version of the first movie.
    There aren't any relatable characters or any emotional and thrilling scenes.
    The final plot twist is an easy way out to end something that never started.
    This could've been an amazing teen thriller but it just feels like a loooooong bad Vampire Diaries episode.
