I got into the last screen paid for the thing five times and didn't get one this bot stuff should be illegal people stop buying on eBay don't give scalpers money just go without it if people stop buying this stuff then Bots won't matter and people that actually want the new system will get them I slide Walmart and Target the Walmart let people buy a hundred of them at a time so I mean should everyone that they has verification actually Sue Walmart for allowing people that do this let me know in the comments section I now won't be buying one at all when one comes out I'm going to use my PlayStation 4 until it dies and then I'm done I won't be buying a new system completely fed up with all this crap

  3. Worst console launch.

    Worst idea to sell it online only for SCALPERS to get them all.

    Even tho it was launch day people already almost of got all them from the old pre orders because they care about them first.

    And then us afterwards when there is barely any left to buy and even tho you try and add it to your cart it still will crash after checkout… this is WHY online purchases only SUCKS!

    In Norway both the consoles, and Headset was SOLD after a couple of minutes they say even tho nobody was able to get in on any of the webs because it all crashed even for me…?

    So i bought a PS4 Slim 19 nov after looking everywhere for only just the Headset its super quiet compared to the first PS4 i have im gonna buy PS5 once its properly out and selling witch is hopefully in Dec. Or January, February 2021 unless im not dead till then.

I seen a guy that had a wall full of ps5s…. fucking ridiculous I hope you don’t sell 1 and are stuck like an asshole with a wall of ps5s. DONT BUY FROM SCALPERS THEYRE TRYING TO GET TOO MUCH FOR THESE.

I believe the punishment for ppl using bots and scalpers scalping anything like a playstation 5 should be death or at least fined 5 or 10 times for every single playstation 5 or other related items they have sold for that price but i mostly want scalpers and bot users to die a very extremely painful death because i absolutely hate and despise of those ppl because stuff like that are damaging the industry and consumer trust of these websites

  8. I know its wrong but i think the only way to get one without getting scammed $1,500 is to use a bot yourself to get ONE and leave it alone. thats the only way i can think of being able to get one i really hope i can get one soon.

  13. While I’m completely against people buying multiple consoles and even stores selling more than one—shame on them—I have to make two, I think, important points:

    One: aside from 60FPS and 3 second load times, there’s no real reason to buy a new console right now because there’s ZERO system seller games.

    Two: If you’re dumb enough to drop $1200+ on a launch console that may, or may not, be a scam, you don’t deserve that money in the first place. Like the old poker adage goes, “it’s amoral to let a sucker keep his money.”

  14. a bot is a chrome extension . so when you click start it types out all that stuff simultaneously. and then it clicks buy . it's pre filled out info . so if forces I think it's it's JavaScript into the website then all the other people are fighting to get enter that stuff and you click buy the computer does and then everybody standing up there with the thumbs up their ass

  18. This is a bigger problem than we think. The use of bots is ever increasing and is a compete secondary market for the bot sellers, the scalpers. I have two solutions (1) boycott the online stores; (2) lets create a non profit bot buying service that buys all the items and then sells them at the stock price maybe plus a bit extra to run the service. Because there is no incentive for the big retailers.

  20. I was lucky enough to preorder one after trying for 16 hours, but getting any accessories for the damned thing is a shit show. Both the remote and charging stand sell out within seconds. Nobody wants the camera.

  21. I think we need to band to together boycott Walmart so they can release the PS5 in stores. We make people drive up in the parking lot and get “ONE” console per person. They would stay in their cars to respect social distancing guidelines. That would be the most effective. The Walmart CEO is either being lazy or work hand and hand with these BOTS.?

  28. I know a guy at work that was able to score 30 (that's not a typo) ps5's from walmart's site by using a bot he coded. He was even able to get the credit card points! As of yesterday he had 4 consoles left. He averaged a $800 profit per console. Not a bad profit.

  29. There are so many stupid statements in this video.

    1. If you are a business using the ps5 as your livelyhood, then you are in the same boat as the scalpers. You are using another persons product to temporarily make money. The only difference is you dont deny stock to others. This is capitalism. We live in a capitalistic country. Most of the time thats good, but sometimes it can be bad. We all live pretty well in our first world countries, think about it…our major complaint is not getting a gaming system at launch? I get why you guys are pissed, but step back and realize you could be wondering why you dont have enough money to feed your family. MORE THEN 84% of the world are not allowed to make more than x amount of money, or it goes to the goverment or is illegal.

    I know it seems like it sucks, but if ALL we really have to deal with is bots and waiting 2-3 months for a console, dont you think its worth it to not be hungry every day, or have the ability to make something of ourselves without having to be royalty or in a family who is "allowed" to have money.

  35. In a way its a good thing. there are a shit load of reports of consoles breaking and smoking to the point of almost catching on fire anyways. I tell everyone rushing to buy first gen consoles on release is kind of a waste because the price you pay for all the problems on release. Even if you get a replacement there is a high chance it will do the same thing. so you waste money and time dealing with it
