From Sainz' point of view in the lap 6 incident, the Halo seems to be a big factor in this type of situation. It must give the drivers so much peace of mind when they would otherwise be exposed to things like the piece of debris that was deflected or if Giovinnazi had gone over the top of his car. Gio's back tire was feet from his face that must be intense.
They all blame the leader while he was the only one that had a steady (accelerating) pace.. It's called ''harmonica effect'' guys. Happens all the time on the motorways.
