  1. I honestly think this was a great movie and I enjoyed it. Funny to see how divided the comments are. It's either a movie you love or you absolutely hate you know?

  2. -Terribly slow pacing.
    -Old man keeps staring at a little girl.
    -Space team and old man feels like 2 movies put together.
    -Bunch of smart ppl spending too much time out of spacecraft singing like idiots right after being hit by space debris (while being blind since radar's out).
    -Dumb spacecraft design. Lady had to climb high ladders. While being pregnant. Ship wall looks like its made of fabric wtf.
    -Dumb decision to allow what seemingly unprepared crew to go out to fix ship damage.
    -Younger version of protagonist is unbelievably unresponsive. He isnt distracted by his work. He's not taking his wife for granted. He's just being told to be in the frame and breathe.
    -Movie forcefully tells audience its about family. Old man missing his family. Space crew missing theirs. Black girl sits with her family digital projection. Then another dude have breakfast with his family digital projection. Sanchez keeps staring while smiling at other crew's family projection. Director made damn sure audience gets it.

    Dumb movie, but pretty to look at. Transformers was at least only annoying. This one's annoying AND puts me to sleep.

    Edit: Black girl got injured and pregnant lady tries to comfort her. After 50 times repeating "breathe", black girl even looks like she's gonna say "the fuk u think im doing?"

  9. I feel like the aesthetic designs and good VFX are cool and nice to watch, but there is a serious lack of tension and emotional connection. Could've been great, was mediocre.

  11. What pissed me off so much is the whole "uncharted flight path" thing. Doesn't really exist irl because guess what, space is massive and everything's moving so the path you'd take home is always changing. It's always kind of unknown lol which isn't anything inherently bad! And the chance asteroids just fly into your path is so so small. Also "we couldn't communicate because earth is out of range" sod off. We're talking to Voyager 2 to this day which is past Pluto.

  20. Cool as it is, practical sets are better. They really spend alot of cash on animating when it could have been poured into the story itself. If we want to talk visual effects, then its Mandalorian we can talk about.

  22. When will Hollywood do a Story on FUKUSHIMA nuclear power plant explosions,dumping nuclear waste in the Pacific ocean Exterminating all sea life..Humans are next to be Exterminated..

  24. If you’ve ever seen a space movie then you’ve seen this one many times. Movie was the most predictable thing ever. As soon as the little girl shows up and doesn’t talk I said yep he’s hallucinating.

  29. This movie was very interesting, now, bc this movie was about galaxy and space things, I'm studying about the stars, the planets, I use my telescop very often.When I grow up, I wanna go work to Nasa 🙂

  33. Does anyone else find it weird how we dont have technology to go to the moon anymore? Like how do you go back in technology but make a computer back in the 50's, into a cellular phone. But dont have the tech to go to the moon. Space is fake
