This video didn't work very well for me, but if changing of ip free is the plan i will suggest you go for a cheaper vpn like https://www.hidemyass.com/vpn/r20594/ that is more reliable than others.
The best and only way i successfully change my ip address is by using a good vpn service, you can check it out.
