FAST Autobahn acceleration / Launch Control test with the all-new 2020 / 2021 Jaguar F-Type R P575 AWD powered by the well-known 5.0 Kompressor engine out of the former SVR. 575 hp & 700 Nm now is the power output and it feels super strong already from low rpms. It also still sounds marvelous probably making this the best-sounding OPF-car out there! But please watch yourself and tell me your thoughts? Please make sure to also follow all our stuff about this car on instagram! #Jaguar #FTypeR #Autobahn

  1. Why on earth do wannabe test-pilots put gloves on when testing a road car on a normal road ?!? Stunningly beautiful car though. Bought mine based on looks/sounds/GT ability/AWD, and preferred its looks over the Merc AMG GTR .

  2. Still seems slower 0 – 100 then a old GTR 2009 (3.5sec), both AWD and the GTR is also a heavy with 1740kg. Is the AWD system from Jaguar different or does the GTR launch more aggressive.

  3. I've got the xjr575 which is the last of the big saloon V8 R's they cut the car because they couldn't keep the V8 On because they couldn't make it economically viable bloody liars lol

  4. It just sounds terrible and sad when you hear air and then suddenly you hear the exhausts. Dumb regulations. The previous generation had none of these issues.

  5. Can you please let us know the real world consumption figures? Very important information.
I drive a cls63s amg and it has the same 0-100 and 100-200 times as that Jaguar even tho it is a saloon car with seating for 4. Cheers

  6. Holy shit, the infotainment looks like something out of the 80's. That's absolutely hideous. xD
Also, sound like there's an air gap somewhere in the cabin, sounds like a meth'd up squeaky squirrel. 😀

  7. It still sounds good but I can't believe how muted it is compared to the old one. That one would wake up all the wildlife in a 50 km radius.
