使用VPN是否合法？我認識一些嘲笑這個問題的計算機專家，但是我認為這是一個非常重要的問題。

VPN或「虛擬專用網路」的核心只是一種加密的訪問Internet的方式。您會同意允許所有人在門上加鎖或在計算機上使用密碼保護，對嗎？

那麼，為什麼用VPN保護您的互聯網訪問是非法的呢？如果您從美國，歐洲，澳大利亞或大約70％的世界觀看此視頻，則VPN絕對是100％合法的視頻。

儘管您可能會有其他看法，但是使用個人VPN訪問互聯網沒有錯。實際上，我強烈建議您這樣做。

**什麼時候使用VPN非法？**

我要在這裡提到兩個。

     1）您對VPN所做的操作可能是非法的。想起來就像開車。當然，開車是合法的！但是，用那輛車作為武裝搶劫的逍遙遊呢？你明白我的意思嗎？

同樣，使用合法的VPN非法下載音樂和電影也是非法的。那是有道理的，對吧？那很容易。

     2）還有一個實例，說明VPN的合法性有些可疑之處，而且是在嚴格控制互聯網的國家/地區。哥哥一直在看著。

想想中國或沙烏地阿拉伯。這兩個國家都設有嚴格限制互聯網訪問的政府，使用VPN來規避這些限制可以被視為反政府行為。現在，並不是說人們不在那裡使用VPN。實際上，居住在這些國家/地區的外國人訂閱VPN服務是很普遍的。但是，對於本地人來說，使用VPN可能很危險。
