使用VPN是否合法？我认识一些嘲笑这个问题的计算机专家，但是我认为这是一个非常重要的问题。

VPN或“虚拟专用网络”的核心只是一种加密的访问Internet的方式。您会同意允许所有人在门上加锁或在计算机上使用密码保护，对吗？

那么，为什么用VPN保护您的互联网访问是非法的呢？如果您从美国，欧洲，澳大利亚或大约70％的世界观看此视频，则VPN绝对是100％合法的视频。

尽管您可能会有其他看法，但是使用个人VPN访问互联网没有错。实际上，我强烈建议您这样做。

**什么时候使用VPN非法？**

我要在这里提到两个。

     1）您对VPN所做的操作可能是非法的。想起来就像开车。当然，开车是合法的！但是，用那辆车作为武装抢劫的逍遥游呢？你明白我的意思吗？

同样，使用合法的VPN非法下载音乐和电影也是非法的。那是有道理的，对吧？那很容易。

     2）还有一个实例，说明VPN的合法性有些可疑之处，而且是在严格控制互联网的国家/地区。哥哥一直在看着。

想想中国或沙特阿拉伯。这两个国家都设有严格限制互联网访问的政府，使用VPN来规避这些限制可以被视为反政府行为。现在，并不是说人们不在那里使用VPN。实际上，居住在这些国家/地区的外国人订阅VPN服务是很普遍的。但是，对于本地人来说，使用VPN可能很危险。
