I currently have 600 download speed with 16-18 upload speed and they are charging me 115$ a month. It』s just me and my wife. I do play Xbox often and steam Netflix/YouTube TV. Did they sell me more speed then I even need or is that a good amount ? Keep in mind I also work from home so can』t afford to have barely good internet. Please share your thoughts ?

Lowkey think my isp throttles at peak time because even close to the router it』s worse than school wifi. Sometime YouTube won』t work for hours.
Get gigabit(att,verizon,comcast,cox) get new router, get new cellphones, laptop check.
First, see if your router is good enough. Most of the times, the problem is your wireless signal from your router to your device (smartphone, computer, etc…)
In the majority of times, 100Mbps is sufficient. And then, ping (to measure latency) is the most important thing. So, take time to learn your network.
