  2. Hi Lucy! Love how fun this one was! I'm wondering… approx how many 7-minute HIIT workouts or equivalents would be needed to match the calorific burn of 10,000 steps? I normally aim for 10,000 a day, and I'd say 80% of days I hit my target but of course the current national (and global) situation in the UK means on a lot of days this now isn't possible. I've been doing your amazing workouts since Christmas alongside my walking and feel so much stronger and more toned as a result, so just wondering how many should I aim for a day if most of the time I'm inside? xxx

  3. I love Lucy & her workouts! I』ve been doing them a few months now. I usually do 2 different 7 minute belly blasting workouts then do an arm. She has a great 4 minute arms I like. I just tried her Cardio & boy did I sweat! It』s so great three are so many great workouts to choose from! I also love that Lucy does them real time! I really think that』s what helps me stay motivated!! Thank you Lucy! If you are on the fence, just try one! You』ll be hooked! ???
