  1. Wait a minute. I just followed this recipe and made it for my family then I see online where it says it can be toxic if not prepared properly by soaking first and it has an inner core that is not edible. Did I just poison my family?

  2. Although many people misspell it as "yucCa", with double C, it is a complete different species. It should always be spelled with a single C. It is delicious btw.
