  1. Bile salts are a life saver to prevent gallbladder attacks! I ruined my gallbladder with low fat/high sugar diets for many years and now the only thing that helps me is the bile salts!

  6. I just finished a prescription of Rifaximin for SIBO prescribed by my gastrointestinal doctor. Now, my naturopathic doctor wants me on 100 billion IUs of probiotics to restore the flora. I』m eating a limited diet, FODMAP. But I』ve had some cramping in my digestive process. Should I be taking digestive enzymes and Iberogast along with the probiotics to help restore my digestive system? Thank you

  7. I swear by apples, carrots and prunes, and limiting red meat as I digest it very slow. Chicken, fish and eggs are OK. Eat yogurt and kimchi. PS also stay well hydrated and limit coffee, drink lassi, and ginger, licorice, and Yerba mate teas.

I have a question that I can』t seem to get an answer to since I was young (now 38) whenever I would walk/run in the fall winter months anytime it』s chilly or cold the front of my thighs will burn, itch, feel hot to the touch it』s so uncomfortable/painful I have to stop walking till it cools down a little, no Dr has any idea what it is or could be. Any ideas?? Thank you ?
